The Dhak Khalsa ...
Today if one visits Punjab, the land of the five rivers, one painfully realises that this land stands at the brink of disaster.....something what we will be witness to in this very lifetime.
Fate brings good times as well as bad, everything changes, life ....is a continuous process of change.
It is upto us wether this change is for the better or worse.

Jaa Tu Mere Val Hai Ta Kya Mohachanda...
  The Dhak Khalsa concept
I used to think that Punjab would be a better place than the rest of India's states having lived in many of them and travelled across India.
Definitely the people of Punjab turned out to be the best but all those who work for the Government and the Politicians etc. have plundered and ruined our dear Punjab to the best of their ability , yet my Punjab till date stands Tall.

But again the question is For How long can this go on?

One does not want to sound pessimistic but what is true must be realised and acted upon such that one is able to realises the long and short term goals.
Therefore the need for The DHAK KHALSA.

A Person Who Is Well Educated Sincere And Can Fight For What Is Right, His Strenght Comes From His Good Upbringing And Quality Education.

How to Achieve this
We need to have a system of free education in Punjab, which emphasises education (alongwith regular classes) to students on two fronts....

Primarily ..Gurmat Education, our culture is our greatest wealth.

and Secondly ...knowledge of languages like English and hopefully other foriegn languages .....this is very important for this will help the students to venture out and make a respectable place for themselves in the world.

One must try to understand that we do not need any more farmers or low grade mechanics in Punjab(land holdings are already very low), we need Qualified and Knowledgable people who have a wide outlook and can stand and face the world.
...as Guru Gobind Singh said....
Seva Lakh Se Ek Ladaon, Tabhi Gobind Singh Naam Kahoun.

The fight now my Dear Fellow Sikhs has shifted to new frontiers and therefore we need to retrain our army such that We Win and Win with our Head Held High Anywhere in the World.

One must rembember that our great Sikh community is now not only prosperous in Punjab or in India alone but it is a well known fact that we now have made a mark across continents and yet much remains to be achieved.

to quote..
The woods are lovely, dark and deep
but i have promises to keep
and miles to go before I sleep....

Today ....
One point to note is that we have a lot of students who go to school initially but drop out after one two or three years, this is primarily beacause the culture and the atmosphere in our villages is not conducive towards studies and that by the time a child realises what he has lost, it is but too late.

What is required is that the correct atmosphere be created such that our children realise the value of education and put in genuine effort on their own.

We need to nurture talent in our little saplings right from the very begning.

Medals and else
We the Sikhs are known for our physical strenght and mental grit and the stories of our valour and undying spirit abound in all corners of the world yet we have not been able to prove much in the recent past by winning medals and competitions in Olympics and other International events.
This is mainly because talent has not been nurtured and proper care has not been taken by those in high chairs.
But again let us not critise them but let us come togeather and prove to them and many others that nothing and No One can stand Tall in front of a Khalsa.
